Celebrating Business Excellence at the Chelmsford For You BID Business Awards

Chelmsford’s business community came together for a spectacular evening of recognition and celebration at the Chelmsford For You BID Business Awards, held in the stunning setting of Chelmsford Cathedral. The event honoured the achievements, innovation and resilience of businesses across the city.

Local enterprises from a wide range of sectors were recognised for their contributions to Chelmsford’s economic and cultural vibrancy. The awards ceremony highlighted both long-standing names on the high street and emerging talent helping to shape the city's future.

Celebrating Emerging Businesses

Among the categories celebrated during the evening was the Best New Business Award, sponsored by the Invest Chelmsford Business team. This award shines a light on new ventures that are already making a meaningful contribution to the local economy. The 2025 award was won by Studio Libre, who was recognised as being a wonderful new addition to the city and praised for its role in bringing people together and fostering a sense of community.
